Why do I need to register an account?

You can enjoy the below benefits by registering an online account:

  • Faster online booking experience
  • Check and re-schedule appointments
  • Update account details
  • Check credits history
  • Change package pin

I have an existing package; do I still need an online account?

There is no need to register an online account to make any online reservations.

However, to enjoy the benefits of a faster experience, checking and re-scheduling appointments, updating details, checking history and changing package pin will require registration.

Is it mandatory to have an online account?

No, it is not mandatory, however, highly encouraged to enjoy the benefits of having one.

I am unable to register

I did not receive my verification email

Check your spam/junk folder as our email may be subjected as spam in your inbox.

I am an existing customer but the system states that my email does not exist

Please try to register as a new customer, if there is still an error, please call us at 6715 1515 to provide us more information.

I have verified my email but still unable to log in to my online account

Please try to reset your password, if there is still an error, please call us at 6715 1515 to provide us more information.

I have keyed in my mobile number for verification but the system states that my mobile already exist

Please call us at 6715 1515 to provide us more information.

I keyed in the correct mobile number but the system states that my mobile is incorrect

Did you just recently change your mobile number? Please key in your previous number if applicable. If there is still an error, please call us at 6715 1515 to provide us more information.

How do I reschedule/cancel my appointments?

Log in to your account, click on the ▼ beside your name and select ‘Appointments/Reschedule’ click on the ✎ to reschedule and ✖ to cancel your appointments

How do I check my credits history/balance?

Log in to your account, click on the ▼ beside your name and select ‘Appointments/Reschedule’ click on the box ‘Credits History’ and key in your package pin to view your history/balance.

What do I need to do if I change my details? (Mobile/Email/Name)

Log in to your account, click on the ▼ beside your name and select ‘Update Account Details’, update your name and mobile accordingly. To update your email address, please call us at 67151515.

I want to change my account password

Log in to your account, click on the ▼ beside your name and select ‘Change Login Password’, key in your current password and new password accordingly.

I forgot my package pin

Log in to your account, click on the ▼ beside your name and select ‘Change Package Pin’, change your package pin accordingly.

I forgot my password

Click on Login, select Forget Password and key in your email. A One-Time-Pin (OTP) will be sent to your email. Log in with your OTP and change your password.

I forgot my email
